Situated approximately 2 km from the Togurajuku Kitty Park, the 2-star Kashiwaya Hotel Chikuma features Wi-Fi in the rooms and complimentary private parking on site. This Chikuma ryokan lies in the Togura Kamiyamada Onsen district, around a 15-minute ride from such cultural sights as the Nagano Prefectural Museum of History.
